Grounded in anatomy with a foundation of safe deep core activation, these workouts will lengthen, strengthen, and stabilise your body, with a focus on preparing you for each stage of pregnancy, labour and a speedy postpartum recovery.

Classes combine beginner, intermediate and advanced Pilates repertoire, using props to modify and transform exercises for the specific physical needs of pregnancy. These classes will leave you feeling energised, uplifted, and empowered.

Strong Mumma Reformer Pilates

Strong Mumma Reformer Pilates are challenging classes designed specifically with the life of a mumma in mind.

The dynamic workouts focus on building strength, alignment & tone with a specific emphasis on correct core activation, spinal & pelvic stability. The goal of the classes is to mimic the daily activities of a busy mum to develop better functionality and movement, sculpting your body through a combination of beginner, intermediate and advanced Pilates moves.

Parents and Bubs

Is a lovely class designed for parents and bubs to experience together, as you rebalance your body after pregnancy while deepening the bond between you and your baby up until they are 10 months.

Each class provides the rich benefits of postures for both mums and bubs, along with an exploration of breathing practices, relaxation and meditation. It also allows you to meet and share your experience as new mums.

Dynamic Yoga

Warrior/Persian Yoga

Persian Yoga is a complete integrated form of exercise that uses tools, like the Shena (push-up boards), Meel (wooden mace clubs) and Sang (shields); to provide increased resistance and neurological input. It is a systematic, fluid and incredibly demanding, yet simple and approachable, practice.
