Alex started her fitness journey completing a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology in Sydney. While working in the industry, she was introduced to Pilates and realised the benefits of this style of training for every day life. After working as a Master Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor in gyms and studios around London and a health retreat in Thailand, Alex has returned home with a wealth of experience and a holistic approach to wellbeing.
In her classes Alex uses her background in Exercise Rehabilitation to develop an effective workout to strengthen, mobilise and tone the body. She has a strong focus on developing mind-muscle connection, alignment and posture to leave you walking out the class feeling balanced, energised and with a greater sense of your body’s ability to improve through regular practice.
