Adam Cooper

Pilates Instructor

London born and bred, Adam has been working in the fitness industry for over 12 years as a Personal Trainer and teaching Reformer Pilates for over 7 years. 

Adam learnt his Pilates trade at one of London’s leading boutique studio’s ‘Ten Pilates’ working alongside London’s top physiotherapist and sports masseuses. 

Adam has a wealth of experience working with clients in pain management, weight loss, pre and post rehabilitation and sports specific. 

Adam’s energy and enthusiasm is infectious, as are his classes. You will feel physically, mentally challenged and supported every inch of the way. 

Bianca Bradey

Pilates Instructor

Bianca is an international trained & passionate Pilates instructor who is enthusiastic about helping her clients achieve their goals and explore their love of movement.

she is qualified in full and comprehensive studio, reformer and mat certification from BASI Pilates in Europe.

Bianca is energetic and welcoming and likes to bring fun flowing styles to her classes, with a strong focus on technique and feeling the burn!

With a strong background in Pilates & Dance and over 20 years life experience in these fields, she brings her own joy and appreciation to her practice.

Danka Pekic

Pilates Instructor

Training in classical ballet from a young age Danka was always compelled by the precision and connection of movement. She completed her bachelor of arts from WAAPA and shortly after finished her Pilates mat and reformer qualifications. Danka has taught across multiple studios in Perth while pursuing her master’s degree in teaching before relocating to Sydney. She enjoys teaching form focused, strong classes that emphasise intentional movement, leaving you feeling focused, challenged and energised after.

Ela Ray

Pilates Instructor

Ela fell in love with Pilates at the age of 15 when recovering from a serious back injury as a young ballet dancer. Pilates was her savior, helping return her to full function as a dancer.

After completing her Advanced Diploma of Performing Arts in dance at WAAPA she then completed her full Pilates studio training with Larissa Kelloway at Spring Pilates in 2009.

Alongside her career as a professional freelance dancer Ela has run her own Pilates Studio in the Blue Mountains for the past 10 years, she was a finalist in the Blue Mountains Business awards in 2018 in the  “Outstanding Young Entrepreneur” section.

Ela has worked closely alongside a physiotherapist for the past 10 years, giving her a deeper understanding of the body and the use of Pilates in injury rehabilitation.

She is a level 2 APMA Member and an accredited Barre Attack instructor.

Ela is passionate about creating ease of movement, mobility and functional movement, she’s a stickler for precise technique and of course loves toning and sculpting the body.

Emmy Liggett

Pilates Instructor

Emmy has always loved movement, from dancing to sport and everything in between. When she discovered Pilates she instantly fell in love and knew she had to become an instructor. After completing her Certificate IV in Mat and Reformer Pilates her passion for teaching grew and soon led her to complete her yoga and barre qualifications as well. Since beginning her teaching journey in 2017 Emmy has taught classes in Melbourne, Bali, Amsterdam and London and now calls Sydney home.

Emmy firmly believes that physical exercise is a pathway to both physical and mental wellbeing. She designs full body workouts and a safe space that will empower you to challenge yourself and have fun while doing it.

Grace Forbes

Pilates Instructor

Grace has a passion for all things health and fitness. Grace is a qualified Physiotherapy with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, she has worked as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and rugby sports physio. Grace has specialised in teaching Pilates reformer and mat classes, a passion born from her own injury recovery and fitness journey. She is enthusiastic about bringing the benefits of Pilates to all of her clients to help everyone move and feel their best. In Grace’s classes you can expect full body and dynamic flows that focus on good form to maximise the intensity while ensuring that clients are exercising safely. You’ll be sure to feel the burn, get a sweat on and leave feeling accomplished.

Holly Gibellini-Davis

Pilates Instructor

Holly is a multifaceted movement lover, who has lived all over the world watching, studying and teaching movement. Ever since she was young, it was organic for Holly to express herself through movement. Through her discipline Holly quickly learned how the right kind of intelligent movement could help not only heal and prevent further injuries, but also have a positive effect on her body and mind.

Teaching movement for almost 20 years, Holly is now an international Pilates and Barre teacher and has trained everyone from Olympic medal winning athletes, tv stars, fashion designers, famous chefs, models, and the most incredible mums. Her sold-out luxury Pilates retreat in Byron Bay in 2020 “Body Holiday” was a nod to her holistic approach to movement. Holly also helped create Virtual MVMT, an extensive library of Pilates sculpting workouts clients can do anytime anywhere.

Teaching in Bondi for many years before this, Holly was under the mentorship of Renee Scott and working under her with teacher trainings and retreats across Australia and internationally for Barre Attack. She has co-ordinated and taught at some of London’s most sought after boutique fitness locations, fronted an international campaign as a master trainer for the activewear brand ‘Sweaty Betty’, was a movement advisor for Adidas shoots, and worked with brands like style runner, prae store and fade women. Holly has been a trainer for companies like Spotify, as well as becoming one of the trainers for the JShealth app.
Holly is known for delivering maximum spice and nonstop flows in her classes, her corrective and hands-on adjustments, and a banging playlist!

Jade Tye

Pilates Instructor

Jade has always had an interest in the health/fitness industry. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Nutrition Science at the University of Wollongong and plans to continue on to study dietetics in the near future. Jade has a background in ballet and dancing. She found her passion for Pilates after discovering the strength and energy it gave her after starting her practice due to a back injury. She hopes to continue to pass on her passion for Pilates and help others accomplish their own goals!

Melissa Bruce

With a background in dance and a personal journey managing scoliosis, Mel discovered Pilates as a transformative practice that has strengthened her body and mind.
For the past nine years, Mel has been sharing her passion as a Pilates Instructor, crafting dynamic, flow-based classes inspired by the rhythm flow of dance.
Music is at the heart of her teaching, setting the tone for each session and driving the energy of every movement. Mel creates an empowering and uplifting experience that leaves clients feeling strong, aligned, and inspired.

Phoebe Egan

Pilates Instructor

After leaving dance behind as a teen, Phoebe discovered Pilates and loved how sustainable it was on the body. She has immersed herself in both classical and contemporary training, taking courses all over the world to deepen her understanding. Phoebe is known for her dynamic and challenging teaching style, leading classes that push clients to their strongest potential while always focusing on alignment and form.
