Strength

Class Type: Strength Training

Class Duration: 45 mins

These class focuses on exercises designed to build your total body strength through your muscles full range of motion.

Our classes focus on a more progressive and structured, focusing on functional movements and lifts, with your performance being monitored and progressed week to week.

The classes will be consistently challenging, focusing around major lifts – think squat, deadlift and push/pull movements, while still giving you a high intensity full body workout.

Weekly Focus
Monday- Squats
Wednesday- Push/Pull
Friday- Deadlifts

You will get more focused one-on-one attention to help with these lifts, and classes will remain modifiable for beginners through to advanced.

F.I.T.

Class Type: High Intensity Training

Class Duration: 30 mins

A high-intensity cardio based class, cycling you between different pieces of cardio equipment. 5 minutes warm up, then 20 minutes of intervals and HIIT, with a 5-minute cooldown.  This session pushes you to your limits with multiple short sprints, designed to maximise your cardio fitness in the most effective, efficient session ever.

Warning – not for the faint-hearted.

Circuit

Class Type: Strength + Conditioning

Class Duration: 50 mins

A group session combining resistance training and cardio, our circuit class will have you on your toes from start to finish. Classes have a maximum of 12 people, ensuring you get one-on-one assistance from your trainer to help you achieve your goals. 

Bands, Butts + Balls

Class Type: Resistance Training

Class Duration: 40 mins

A group session combining resistance training and cardio. Full body high-intensity workout using resistance bands and body weight. Expect a 40-minute burn targeting glutes, arms & abs. Classes have a maximum of 10 people, ensuring you get one-on-one assistance from your trainer to help you achieve your goals.
