Movement, Health and Performance Coach
Training Style:
An emerging member of the Strength In Motion team, Jack has experience in developing and implementing high level training programs, whilst supporting clients and athletes, of all ages, to their health and performance goals. Currently working in elite, private and school level coaching, Jack is coaching youth athletes in a variety of sports including Basketball, Soccer, Rugby Union and Volleyball.

Experience:
Strength & Conditioning Coach currently with Strength in Motion and Scot’s College. Previously with Sydney Kings, Stonyhurst College, Bradford Bulls Rugby League and Leeds Beckett University Rugby Union. 5+ Years in the Health, Fitness & Sport Industry.
Qualifications:
BSc Sport and Exercise Science Level 4 Advanced Personal Trainer RFU & Rugby Australia Accredited Rugby Coach Olympic Lifting & Strength Coach
