Growing up as a competitive dancer and playing a variation of sports, I quickly found my love for all things health and wellness. I fell into the gym scene at the age of 15 after doing my ACL through a dance injury. I began DJing at the gym soon after I stopped dancing, which than lead me to my dedication to a training routine.
My passion for working out then took me to the Australian Institute of fitness where I completed my certification III & IV to become a qualified group fitness instructor as well as a personal trainer. I have been applying myself to helping people reach their goals ever since.
With a strong desire to encourage others along their fitness journey, I am committed to motivating and supporting you. Utilising my own personal experience and knowledge within the wellness industry, I aim to help educate people on the importance of moving your body as well as the tangible benefits of their training including both physical and mental.
I enjoy a mixture of HIIT group training combined with resistance weights based training. I hope to see all members achieve their best version of themselves whilst working on the team at The Well.
