Lee is a Yoga Therapist and a Meditation teacher. She has been teaching and practicing for over 25 years., bringing ancient Eastern spiritual practices and philosophies into modern living.

Lee's Yoga journey started in India with the Krishnamacharya lineage, and she continues to study and embrace different styles of Yoga such as Tantric Hatha, Vinyasa and Yoga Therapy in Australia, Singapore, Israel and Bhutan. Lee's great interest in meditation and philosophy led her to delve into the study of the Vedas as well as Buddhism in particular on Mindfulness and Buddhist psychology. Lee completed her Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification with The Greater Good Science Centre- University of California Berkley, and as well as her Diversity, Equity , Inclusivity and Accessibility training . She is focusing on bringing these Mindfulness and compassionate practices to less fortunate communities around Australia such as Age care facilities, Juvenile correction centre and Women's shelter.

Lee recognises the need of providing a safe environment for people to practice Yoga according to their own physical and mental needs. She chose to focus on Yoga Therapy where the assessment of the individual and customised program enables the individual to experience Yoga in a way that is nourishing, safe and enriching one's life. Lee teaches a wide range of audiences: groups, private sessions, corporate environments, sports clubs, kids and youth therapy. She hopes to inspire a greater sense of ease and freedom in her students' lives and looks to enrich and enlivens their daily experiences by inviting them to be present, mindful and compassionate.
