Training style
As the Strength and Conditioning coach for East Rugby club and Cranbrook school, Josh brings plenty of strength and conditioning experience to the team. along with an ability to work with athletes of different levels codes and ages, both in a group setting and one on one.
He approaches each program with performance based goals to ensure that his clients are continuously striving to reach beyond their comfort zone both in and out of the gym.
Josh utilises a variety of movement techniques to avoid injury and increase longevity. He believes that Strength And Conditioning is the ultimate backbone for a solid program

“Building a solid foundation is the starting point for everyone, no matter the age or athletic ability. From there we will tailor your program to create long lasting results, whether that be pain relief/rehabilitation, to become stronger or improve/extend performance”
